PwC retained exclusive industry recognition with two Best M&A Awards in 2023

We are happy to inform you that PwC was named as the Best M&A Financial Service Award and the Best M&A Advisor Award, by China Mergers and Acquisitions Association (“CMAA”) at the 2023 CMAA Annual Conference on 6 November 2023. The firm’s Deals Advisory team was recognised for providing excellent services in financial and tax due diligence, financial advisory and post deal integration for M&A projects. The winning cases are “Zhonghuan Advanced acquired 100% equity of Xinxin Semiconductor through stock exchange”, and “PwC acted as the sell-side financial advisor of ESR on its successful fundraising and joint venture formation with strategic partner to develop one of the largest cold storage and logistics projects in Hong Kong”.
