Xing Zhou

Ms. Xing Zhou has over 30 years of professional service experience, with a wealth of expertise in providing services to the government, facilitating external communication on major national issues, and offering consulting and management services. She used to work in PwC New York and Shanghai, also worked in Shenzhen Branch of the People's Bank of China before joining PwC.

Leveraging her profound professional expertise and extensive practical experience, Ms. Xing Zhou actively offers consulting advice to the government on macroeconomic policies, industrial restructuring, fiscal budget optimisation, and investment attraction, contributing strategic insights for urban development.

Xing Zhou was the Financial Presenter of Beijing 2022 Olympic Winter Games Bid Committee, she has participated in the preparation of the budget of Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic Games, also made formal statements and communications on the financial budget to the International Olympic Committee assessment panel on behalf of Beijing Winter Olympic bid Committee.

Ms. Xing Zhou has been recognised as a “2020 Beijing Woman Pace-setter” by the Beijing Municipal Government and was honored as the Beijing Advanced Individual in Supporting and Assisting the Disabled in 2021. She is also a member of the Weihai Mayor's International Economic Advisory Council; and serves as the Vice President of the Beijing Service Trade Association; the Industry Mentor for Professional Degree Graduate Students at the School of Economics, Fudan University.

She holds a master’s degree in economics from PBOC Graduate School at Tsinghua University (1994), has a bachelor’s degree in finance from Renmin University of China (1992).
