Vivian Sze is a Beijing-based tax partner at PwC China. She specialises in advising Chinese clients on outbound investment and mergers & acquisitions (M&A) transactions.
Vivian first joined PwC in 2004. She has worked at PwC Hong Kong and PwC Luxemburg before relocating to Beijing where she joined the international tax services team in 2010.
Vivian mainly assists Chinese entities with their outbound investments with respect to cross-border tax structures and issues, including tax advisory on overseas IPO structure, company group restructuring and engineering, procurement & construction infrastructure projects. She also has extensive experience in advising on M&A transactions including tax due diligence, deal and financing structure and post deal integration. Vivian has worked on projects across United States, Europe, Africa and Belt and Road countries, etc. She also has strong experience in advising on overseas operating model for the digital economy in the technology, media & telecommunications industry.
Vivian graduated from the University of Hong Kong with Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and Postgraduate Certificate of Laws (PCLL). She is also a member of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
