Vincent Yao

Vincent Yao is the Corporate Reporting Services Leader of PwC Mainland China and Hong Kong. He is also an Assurance Partner of PwC China. Vincent possesses over 27 years of experience in provision of assurance and other advisory services. 

Vincent has extensive experiences in assisting companies in initial public offerings and other capital market transactions in Mainland China, Hong Kong and the United States. His clientele covers multiple industry sectors including financial services, TMT, manufacturing, logistic and transportation.

Vincent is a Certified Public Accountant in both Mainland China and Hong Kong. He is also a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors.
