Tracy is a partner in PwC’s risk assurance practice, based in Shanghai.

Tracy has more than 15 years of experience working in mainland China and the United States in providing a wide range of assurance and advisory services ranging from risk management, internal controls and corporate governance, internal audit co-sourcing, to regulatory compliance (such as Sarbanes Oxley S404 and China SOX) to multi-national and domestic companies.

Tracy is a Fellow Member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (FCCA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and Certified Internal Auditor (CIA). She has also received the Certification in Control Self-Assessment from the Institute of Internal Auditors.
