Silina Zhong

Background

• Silina is a partner in the Transfer Pricing team of PwC China Shanghai office.  Silina joined PwC in 2003 and has worked in transfer pricing for over fifteen years, including one year in PwC US-Irvine office.

Relevant experience

• Her experience includes risk assessment, transfer pricing planning, transfer pricing documentation, country-by-country reporting, value chain analysis, dispute resolution and Advance Pricing Arrangements for multinational companies and domestic companies in various industries including telecommunications, electronics, automobiles,  industrial products, machinery, consumer products, shipping and logistics, online education and services.
• She is now providing all around transfer pricing services to various multinational companies in the auto/auto parts industry including documentation, pricing planning, value chain analysis, negotiation and coordination supports in APA, audit defence cases, and etc. Through  these practices, she has accumulated solid industry knowledge to serve the clients better.

Qualifications

• Silina has a Bachelor degree in Law from Fudan University in China and also holds the China Certified Tax Agents qualification.
