Rayon received his bachelor degree of Computer Studies from the University of Hong Kong in 1990 and master degree of Executive MBA programme from Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2011.

Rayon is now a partner of the Capital Market Services Group of PwC Hong Kong. He has over 23 years of experience providing assurance, listing and business advisory services. He is now specialised in advising his clients on capital market transactions including IPOs, bond issuances, merger and acquisition transactions of listed companies and other fund raising transactions in capital markets. He has been involved in many listing projects in Hong Kong, China and Nasdaq and has extensive experience of advising his clients on group reorganisation and issues relating to listing rules under different jurisdictions.

Rayon serves a diversified client base of different industries such as banking, micro-credit financing, transportation, infrastructure, technology, telecommunication, manufacturing, trading, distribution and retailing.

Rayon had also over 3 years of experience working in the capacity of general manager for a renowned garment manufacturer and retailer with over 400 retail outlets in Greater China region. He possesses in-depth knowledge of commercial operations and regulatory environment.
