Philip Pong

Philip is a Partner of PwC China, Guangzhou.  He has more than 20 years experience providing assurance and advisory services to clients.   Philip has been an Assurance Partner since 2009.  He has a strong track record of expertise and active participation in various audit engagements in the Greater Bay Area, especially in Guangzhou and Hong Kong.

Philip has been extensively involved with initial public offering and complex restructuring projects, merger and acquisition, capital markets transactions and annual audit projects,  including: SOE listings on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, as well as working with MNCs and local based entities.  He is also familiar with International Financial Reporting Standards. 

Philip holds professional qualifications from both the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
