Paul Tan

Paul is an experienced China forensics specialist who has been assisting MNCs to manage fraud and ABAC/FCPA compliance risks in China since 2004. His areas of work include internal forensic reviews in response to whistle-blower reports, regulator inquiries and other incidents, compliance assessments and monitoring, third party audits, and business partner due diligence.

He has also helped a range of clients to enhance their anti-fraud and compliance programs in China, to conduct business ethics trainings, and to develop analytics solutions to identify fraud risks.

Paul has worked with clients and their legal advisors across a wide range of industries, including pharma, medical devices, automotive, manufacturing, technology, financial services, retail and real estate.

Paul is a Fellow of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants and is bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese.
