Mary Xie joined PwC China in 2005 and has 14 years’ working experience. She is a tax partner in Shanghai office of PwC China.

She has rich experience on providing tax and business consulting to many multi-national companies. She is also a member of Japanese Business Development team.

Relevant experience

• Mary has been actively involved in advising companies in corporate restructuring, business integration, as well as transitional planning, with hands-on experience from initial planning analysis to actual implementation support.
• Mary also assists lots of Japanese clients dealing with their business operation and tax issues and providing services in tax compliance, foreign remittance, etc.

Education background & Qualification

• Bachelor Degree of Japanese Literature and Culture, Shanghai International Studies University
• Professional qualifications: Chinese Certified Tax Accountant issued by State Administration of Taxation
• She is trilingual in Mandarin, Japanese and English.
