Linda Zhang

Linda Zhang joined PricewaterhouseCoopers Beijing as a tax professional in 2008.

Linda has accumulated extensive experience and knowledge in providing services to MNCs and domestic companies covering industries of manufacturing, trading, retail, industrial products and automobile.   Auto industry is her key focusing industry where she has been helping domestic and MNC car manufacturer, auto finance companies and dealers on various industry related topics and initiatives.

Linda rendered compliance and advisory services in relation to group structuring, inbound/outbound investment, corporate maintenance and daily operation. She is dedicated to domestic clients seeking onshore/offshore IPO opportunities, assisting them for IPO readiness study, helping them addressing the historical tax issues and performing restructuring to suit for the IPO needs.

Linda participated in major tax audit defence work in recent years.  Her experience  in this regard covers pre-audit health check, audit period assistance, post audit defence and tax appealing.

Linda has been working with PwC tax technology team in providing digital/automation solution to clients to streamline and automate tax invoice management and control flow, tax daily ops approval flow, tax data extraction, sanitization and reconciliation with an view to achieve higher level of efficiency, transparency and traceability.  Her client has covered manufacturing, trading, retail, leasing, and Fin Tech companies.

Linda graduated from China Foreign Affairs University with a Master Degree of English Literature.
