Landa Guo

Landa Guo is a tax partner of PwC Shanghai with 15 years of professional service experience. She specialises in advising foreign investors on China tax and joint venture investments. Her experience includes assisting clients with the establishment of foreign invested enterprises and providing China tax and business advisory services to our multinational clients on merger & acquisition, structuring, entry strategies, compliance review, and foreign exchange matters. She leads several Initial Public Offering tax assignments for certain famous China domestic groups as well.

• An indirect share transfer audit defence case for a Swedish group
• An asset deal for a Germany group
• A large amount outbound forex remittance case for an Australian group

Landa holds a bachelor degree in World Economy, Fudan University. She is a PRC Certified Public Accountant (CPA) as well as a PRC Certified Tax Agent (CTA).
