Jessica Li is a Partner of PwC’s Forensic Services practice in Mainland China and Hong Kong. She specialises in carrying out proactive and reactive forensic review on subject matters including fraud, employee misconduct and financial crime (bribery and corruption, sanctions, money laundering and whistle-blowing mechanism).
Jessica’s experience includes performing fraud investigations into listed companies, transaction monitoring reviews at financial institutions, regulatory driven independent reviews, as well as compliance and anti-money laundering due diligence. She has also assisted clients in conducting risk management framework reviews, risk assessments, policy and procedures uplift and trainings on the abovementioned subject matters.
Jessica has advised clients from industries including but not limited to financial services, retail, construction, technology, forestry and manufacturing. While based in Hong Kong, she has worked with clients in Asia, USA and Europe, and was seconded to the London office in PwC UK from 2016 to 2017.
Jessica is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountant, Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist and a Certified Fraud Examiner with business and law academic background.
