• Jenny Ma is Partner of the Transfer Pricing Services practice in PwC China. She has over 16 years of experience in tax and transfer pricing consulting. Jenny has served clients in various industries including healthcare, chemical and industrial manufacturing, automotive, telecommunications, electronics, media, retail & consumer, software, semiconductor, logistics and shipping.
• Jenny has been involved in numerous transfer pricing projects, including transfer pricing risk assessment reviews, advance pricing agreement (APA) negotiations, transfer pricing controversy, and global tax planning global core documentation preparation. 

Relevant experience

• Assisting companies in formulating defence and negotiation strategies in tax audit defence cases.
• Advising and helping MNCs design, implement and document value chain transformation projects from China/Regional/Global tax perspectives.
• Providing value-added advice in global / regional tax planning to help achieve companies business and profit alignment goals.
• Preparing global / group transfer pricing documentation for MNCs across a wide range of industries and types of transactions.
• Rich practical experience in interpreting policies for Hainan Free Trade Port and Greater Bay Area. Assisting companies in building up supply chain and business model in those areas together with implementation services.
