Jane Wang is the leading Partner of PwC China’s Tax & NewLaw Reporting & Strategy Services. She has over 23 years of experience providing tax and legal transformation services to both multinational and domestic clients. These services include legal transformation management consulting, legal digital platform design and implementation, legal compliance management consulting, IPO support, tariff and international trade advisory, customs and international trade operation improvement, group restructuring digital redesign, mergers and acquisitions support, due diligence investigation, tax and finance structure digital redesign, and more.

Specifically, Jane helps her clients in tax and legal function management transform and improve productivity and performance. For instance, she assisted a leading Internet industry enterprise with legal function assessment and transformation, upgrading and improving internal controls and business process management, undertaking digital solution design and implementation.

She has served a wide range of clients across various industries, including new energy, retail & consumer, manufacturing, transportation, Internet, telecom, real estate, media and advertising.

In addition to providing professional business services to enterprise clients Jane also has in-depth research experience with legal and tax frameworks and is consequently a sought after advisor to government bodies. Currently based in Shanghai, Jane serves as a member of the Administrative Committee in Huangpu District, Shanghai Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investment.
