Jane is an experienced Partner of PwC China Workforce Tax services based in Shanghai. Before joining PwC China, Jane had been providing professional services in New York and Hong Kong.

Relevant experience

Jane has over 20 years experience in providing US, China and Hong Kong tax services to high net-worth individuals as well as corporate founders and executives. She is specialised in providing the clients with a holistic personal tax service and become their long-term tax advisor. Her work involves advising clients in succession planning, asset protection and estate/trust planning, cross-border issues relating to foreign grantor and non-grantor trusts, expatriation and pre-immigration planning and is knowledgeable with FATCA and CRS reporting requirements for individuals.

Jane’s client portfolio includes multinational and local companies in various industries including financial services, pharmaceutical, bio-technology, and technology services, where she provides solutions to founders and executives and manages their tax exposure.

Qualifications

Jane earned her Bachelor’s degree and Master’s of Business Administration degree from Baruch College, the City University of New York . Jane is a Certified Public Accountant in the US and Certified Tax Advisor in Hong Kong.
