Gabriel is a Director within the Advisory team of PwC China/Hong Kong, focusing on litigation related valuation matters. He is experienced in advising legal counsels in matrimonial, probate and commercial disputes. Gabriel has 15 years of experience in accounting profession. He started his career as an auditor with another Big 4 international accounting firm, and has specialised in providing accounting related litigation support services in various dispute matters for the last 10 years.

• Single joint expert valuation of a Shanghai-listed group which was one of the top manufacturers of printed-circuit boards, and quantification of active and passive factors contribution to the growth in values 

• Single joint expert valuation of a karaoke trader after it was spun off from a Hong Kong listed company

• Single joint expert valuation of a newly established fund management group

• Single joint expert valuation of a jewellery store

• Valuation of a kitchenware manufacturer based in Eastern Europe and Russia

• Valuation of a group providing micro-financing in the mainland China

• Valuation of a group providing mining advisory and mining related project investments 

• Valuation of a number of disposed subsidiaries originally owned by a wound-up company (within a property management group) whose former directors were sued by liquidators for defrauding creditors

• Quantification of loss of contemplated profit as a result of a breach of contract 

• Quantification of benefit claims of a donated fund that was misused by the recipient

• Quantification of valuation impact as a result of certain claims of accounting adjustments
