Frank Cai

Frank joined PwC in 2000, and he is PwC Mainland China Media Leader & a Partner of PwC China focusing on the assurance practice. He is based in Shenzhen.

Frank has provided audit and consulting services in relation to the International Financial Reporting Standards/HK Financial Reporting Standards, Accounting Standards in China and US to a lot of companies (including those famous enterprises in the PRC). He was highly involved and helped those companies in their IPO practices (listed in US, HK and A share capital markets) and their private placements. Frank has strong knowledge and experience in capital market.

Frank is also specialised in TMT industry, in providing valuable inputs in its business expansion and its merger and acquisition activities. Frank has assisted many leading companies in the TMT industry for successful listing.

Frank graduated from GuangZhou Sun Yat-Sen University with a major in Finance and Tax. He is a Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountant and International Certified Internal Auditor.
