Fiona Guo joined PwC in 2006. Over the last 13 years since joining the firm, Fiona has been mainly involved in TMT and oil & gas industries. Fiona is a recognised IT financial / IPO audit and TMT/Internet specialist, with many years’ experience on some of our most significant e-commerce and internet clients, working closely with our North and Central audit sector leaders.

Fiona will also take the lead in the pursuit and delivery of the SOX/PN21 services associated with the US and HK listings, as well as the emerging demand for IT Report from the CSRC for many A-share technology company IPOs.

Fiona has a strong track record of identifying and winning new work in non-traditional projects, combining her deep knowledge of industry business processes and the underlying technology and data flows labelled as “Rong He(业财一体化)”. She will expand the roll-out of these, supporting similar opportunities in other regions, is also exploring opportunities to develop other solutions such as use of data analytics over media/advertising revenue/expense, or RPA to automate business processes.

Fiona received her Master Degree from the Beijing Institute of Technology of Management Science and Engineering, and she is a member of CIA, CISA.
