Emily Liu

Emily Liu joined PwC China in 2005 and now is a partner from assurance service line of PwC Beijing Branch.

Emily Liu has been working with many clients from different industry sectors, including technology, media and entertainment, fintech, consumer products and manufacturing. She has been focusing on providing services of IPO audit, pre- IPO readiness or audit, group reporting for global companies , and statutory audit for listed companies, etc. Emily Liu has accumulated extensive professional experiences, especially in  handling accounting and reporting issues associated with complex transactions under different accounting standards.

The major clients that Emily Liu has have served include LexinFintech, Jianpu Technology, Bilibili, Meican, IBM, Samsung Electronics, Thomson Reuters, United Technologies, Linekong Interactive, and Mafengwo, etc.

Emily Liu graduated from NanKai University. She is a member of Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CICPA) and Canadian  Institute Certified Public Accountants (CPA) and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) .
