Chris is a partner in our Transaction Services group who provides M&A subject matter expertise within the banking, insurance, asset management, securities & trusts and leasing segments in the Asiapac region.
Chris has been involved on a number of regional deals and high profile transactions in China, Hong Kong, Singapore, India, Indonesia, Taiwan, Korea, Vietnam, Thailand and Malaysia. Chris is specialised in advising financial institutions and private equity houses on acquisitions, business and synergy evaluation, closing process and realisation of deal value.
