Charline Ni

Charline is PwC China Technology Leader and China North Assurance Markets Partner. She has over 20 years of experience and has worked across many parts of PwC providing multinational audit and initial public offerings services.

Charline joined PwC in 1997, and has been providing technology companies with audit and advisory services. She spent three years at the PwC US Silicon Valley office, where she provided audit and advisory services to numerous US-based technology organisations. Currently Charline provides audit and advisory services to technology enterprises in Mainland China and Hong Kong. She was also involved in a number of onshore and offshore initial public offerings and merger and acquisition transactions.

Charline has led a few landmark initial public offerings projects as an engagement leader. She provides advisory services for China-based enterprises for their global expansion projects.

Charline is a member of the China Digital Alliance Expert Committee. She is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
