Benny Zhang

Benny is the Partner for China Tax and Business Advisory Service in Nanjing office.  He has more than 15 years of experience in the firm for the China tax practice. 

Benny has extensive experience in investment consultation for multi-national companies, including investment structure planning, support in joint venture negotiation, due diligence review on potential joint venture partner and contract and bylaws formulation, etc.  He has also been engaged in various tax and business consultation projects to multi-national companies in various industries such as infrastructure, trading, and other general manufacturing, etc.  Such projects include corporate tax planning & consultation, tax due diligence review, assistance in negotiation for preferential tax rulings, assistance in business strategy formulation and review, etc.

Benny has a profound knowledge of doing business in China and has assisted many MNCs to set up or expand their business operation in China.  He is the main speaker for many chamber event and tax forum in Nanjing and Jiangsu province.  

Benny was awarded his Bachelor of International Trading and Economics from Shanghai Jiaotong University and holds the China Tax Expert Certification.
