• Anita Peng is an experienced Tax Partner in PwC tax and business advisory team. She has rich experience in providing PRC tax, international tax and business advisory services to foreign and PRC domestic companies.
• Anita had a 6-year working experience in PwC Hong Kong office and assisted many foreign and PRC domestic companies in formulating tax and business plans for domestic and overseas investments and implementing operational strategies.
• Anita is a qualified member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA) and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

Anita has participated in numbers of tax audit projects, assisted foreign and PRC domestic companies in dealing with the tax audits through rounds of communication and negotiation with China tax authorities. She also had rich experience in transfer pricing aspects.
• Specifically, Anita has deep insights in technology & media, biotechnology & pharmaceutical industries. Anita has cooperated with multiple well-known funds and investment companies, assisting various famous listed companies (including A shares, STAR Market shares, H shares, HK red-chip shares, N shares and Singapore stock exchange) and pre-listing companies in completing structure design, tax planning and operation model optimization projects.
• Anita actively participates in communications and interactions with various government authorities (including but not limited to State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (“SASAC”), local SASAC, National Development and Reform Commission (“NDRC”), local NDRC, Ministry of Finance, State Taxation Administration, local tax bureaus) and lead or deeply involved in promotion of REITs public offering projects. She has rich practical experience in REITs related project.
