Angela Feng

Angela is a partner of US Tax Consulting Group in PwC China’s Shanghai office. She joined US Tax Consulting Group in 2012.

Relevant experience

• Angela has over 10 years of experience providing US tax advisory, compliance, and provision services to multinational and local clients in various industries including financial services, investment management, real estate, pharmaceuticals, e-commerce, technology, and manufacturing.
• Angela’s area of specialization includes providing US tax consulting services to off-shore private equity and/or venture capital funds, and advising multinational clients on US tax issues related to their investment in the United States, including tax due diligence, structure design for cross-border mergers and acquisitions, exit plans, and other US and international tax issues arising from the life cycle of investments. She is also advising high-net-worth US individuals on the US tax issues related to their non-US businesses, and reviewing tax provision for annual audit and IPO.
• Angela has extensively involved in US tax compliance services including US federal and state tax return filings for corporations and partnerships as well as US information return filings for US individuals with respect to their investments. She is also experienced in FATCA and CRS compliance services.

Angela earned her Bachelor’s degree from the Brock University in Canada and Master’s degree from the University of Southern California. Angela is a Certified Public Accountant in the US.
