Amy Cai

Amy is the Managing Partner of ESG in PwC China. She leads PwC’s OFS to spearhead in the innovative services – City +, which includes Integrated Urban services, Capital Projects & Infrastructure, Food Supply Integrity Services, Education program You Plus which is China’s first business training WOFE, as well as the key driver for PwC’s ESG practice. Amy has build up and led a strong multinational professional team with a great wealth of experience to solve important problems. She is a member of the Management Board  of PwC in Mainland China and Hong Kong. She is also the Board Director of PwC Hainan.

Before that, Amy was the Central Tax Leader and Tax HR Partner in the firm. She started her professional career in the United States before relocating to Shanghai in 1998. She assisted multinational companies and governmental organizations in structuring their investments and managing their projects in China.

Amy is a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Pennsylvania.
