Amanda Zhang

Amanda Zhang is the Private Equity Group North China Leader with PwC China, responsible for developing and coordinating services to private equity funds and their portfolio companies.
Amanda worked at PwC US’ Silicon Valley office for several years in the nineties. During that time she assisted companies list on the US stock exchanges and meet the SEC’ financial reporting requirements.
In 2000, Amanda transferred to PwC China’s Beijing office. Amanda holds a US CPA. She graduated from Illinois State University with a Masters’ degree in Economics.
