Amanda Cao

Amanda is based in Shanghai and has been with PwC China since 1999. She has completed a tour of duty assignment in the International Tax Team in PwC Calgary, Canada for 2.5 years.

Amanda's past experience includes advising multinational clients on tax and business matters related to their Chinese investment and Chinese clients on outbound tax and business matters related to their investment in overseas.

Benefiting from her international tax experience in PwC Canada, Amanda has been focusing on international tax area and serving both domestic companies and MNCs located in China with respect to their international tax service demands.

Amanda is a member of Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
