Albert Lo

Albert Lo is a partner based in PwC’s Hong Kong office, and leads the Financial Services Consulting practice in Hong Kong. Albert has over 20 years of professional experience in providing management and technology consulting services to local, regional, and global financial institutions across multiple business units and functional areas.  He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, a Master’s degree in Accountancy, and is a Canada CPA, CA and a CFA charter-holder.

Albert is focused on large-scale organisational transformation projects, application of digitalisation tools, compliance with regulatory standards such as Basel / HKMA requirements, etc.  Over his work experience in Canada, U.S., and Hong Kong, he has advised clients on multi-disciplinary projects, such as target operating model re-design, end-to-end trade and operational flow advisory, enterprise risk management framework implementation, compliance / finance / risk function digitalisation transformation, risk-finance integration solutions, multiple Basel standards application, and various systems implementations, etc.

In addition to his professional experience, Albert serves as the Treasurer on the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong, and has involvement in alumni associations and other societies within the community.
