Prior to joining PwC, I had heard about the company's inclusive and equal work atmosphere and its diverse talent recruitment approach, but I never thought I would have the opportunity to join. In 2019, a friend recommended a position in PwC's Human Resources Department to me. At the time, I was both excited and apprehensive about the opportunity, with the mindset that even if I didn't succeed, I could gain more experience in PwC interviews. During the interview, I learned that the job I was applying for was very much in line with my area of expertise, and the encouragement and recognition from the interviewer swept away my previous lack of confidence. In the end, I seized the opportunity and joined PwC, which became a turning point in my career.

Each day working at PwC deepens my sense of belonging and self-identity. My job mainly involves supplier contract and payment processes, new employee onboarding processes, and support for recruitment interviews. These tasks may seem simple, but doing them well requires logical rigour, patience, and attention to detail, which I have always valued. With a sense of responsibility for this job, I have played to my strengths and continuously learned new skills. So far, I have successfully assisted more than 2,000 colleagues in joining the company with my team. Whenever I see new colleagues relax and feel happy after completing the onboarding process with my assistance, I feel proud, as if I were reliving the excitement and joy I felt when I first walked into PwC's office.
