Inclusive Career Discovery is a key programme of PwC that promotes inclusion and diversity. Our goal is to eliminate potential barriers and promote equal employment opportunities for people with disabilities.
“Inclusive” means openness and inclusiveness, and “Career Discovery” focuses on career exploration and empowerment. We aim to connect unique individuals, create an inclusive workplace, encourage mutual interaction and inspiration, and actively integrate people to achieve self-improvement and bring inspiring power. Together, we create positive change and impact. We achieve this by providing internship and employment opportunities, diverse mentoring, professional trainings, Open Day events, special scholarships, etc. Our aim is to help people with disabilities enhance their employability, guide their career planning, actively integrate into society, and courageously be themselves.
